insurance carriers to screen appraisals prior to scheduling and estimate
current replacement costs and provide a network of resources to conduct
replacements. The application is also a comprehensive on line appraisal
package that is customizable. It calculates weights and values based on
both GIA AGS grading systems. It is voluntarily compliant with USPAP
(Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), ISA (International
Society of Appraisers) and ASA (American Society of Appraisers), and the NAJA (National Association of Jewelry Appraisers) report writing
standards .
